it can't. because by the time they start having sex is when the woman is in her 30s and the dude might be from 30s to 40s.

I want to watch it because of Fincher, Eric Roth and the strong cast...
Yeah, and the story is interesting, too.

Saw it last week. Advance screening on Black Friday. Without giving too much away, I'll say that it's not typical Fincher. It's actually a very good movie, and I won't be surprised if it wins Academies come 09'. The biggest surprise of all though, was that despite the implications of the "gimmick" of the movie, it's actually a devilishly simple story. The beauty BB comes more from understanding the 'whys' of its many quirks.

All in all, Go see it Christmas Day.

You're watching it for the same reason I am; The concept. The movie as a whole looks extremely boring.

No. He start out as an old man. Then he goes backwards. As a baby, his cells are like of an 80-year-old man. Then when he turns 7, he's an old man on a wheelchair, somewhat immobile, and he met this little girl. Then the next scene shows he's in his 60s out in the sea. He went to war, and came back while in his 50s. This is when the little girl he knew is a teenage girl. Then 40s, then he's in his 30s, that's when that girl becomes the same age he is. And they fall in love, something like that. That's the end of the trailer.

If I'm right, I believe it's a short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
His stories are quite simple, but beautiful in their simplicity Smile
