It really wasn't funny at all.

Your talking to the guy that laughed when the lawnmower ran over the person in The Happening. |
Are you sure you aren't a sociopath?

I own the uncut version. I really don't see why people dislike that movie. _________________ Crazy with lots of energy, Manipulative with lots of talent, Smart .... Smart!

I don't know about the hardcore motherfucker part because it sounds like your patronizing me, but yes I do laugh at crazy violence, and it doesn't only have to be in movies.
Example; I stepped on a nail and it went through my foot. I could not stop laughing, and calling myself a idiot for not feeling the nail go through my foot. _________________ Crazy with lots of energy, Manipulative with lots of talent, Smart .... Smart!

They say I'm not human.
They tested me for human compassion and the tests came back negative. _________________ Crazy with lots of energy, Manipulative with lots of talent, Smart .... Smart!

yes, bizarre Japanese horror. i haven't seen too many of them. i think i liked The Grudge overall when i saw it a few years back. i wonder what they're producing now? for the record, wire will not cut through bone...you'd need a saw like mechnism...but, it will certainly cut through muscle, ligaments, tendons and cartilage. if, the main female character had only smiled more often she would've seemed a lot like my last girlfriend. meaning i could've typed here as an infp...but, alas she didn't smile much nor really give off much of a radiative feeling vibe when it would've meant something. oh, well. she had the acting ability, poise, and quiet way of being though. strange film.

I have just lost some respect for you; The Grudge, seriously? That movie was a horrible piece. _________________ Crazy with lots of energy, Manipulative with lots of talent, Smart .... Smart!

tell ya what ya do...give me some better examples of recent Japanese horror. i saw the Japanese version of the Ring...but, i prefer the American to it. the Grudge was average...not great but, it is another example of recent Japanese horror (dark-black-like-stuff...creepy shit. even Audition wasn't lit very well often. anyway....) again, what do recommend? _________________ http://www.myspace.com/nonentropic |

I hate both The Grudge and The Ring, American and Japanese versions. I thought they were horrible movies, boring and easily predictable. Anyone that thought they were scary needs to go ask the wizard for some courage.

i'm way too old to be scared by horror films...if, i ever have been. that's not the point. there are many segments/parts of the American version of the Ring that i like...art-wise...visually and so on. i have never watched horror to be scared. basically, 'cause i'm not scare-able. used to watch 'em for the art and women mostly. heck, that's probably why i don't watch too many new movies anymore either. often times, if i like a film it has a lot to do with the people in it...and often times, i find later on, that i really like the soundtrack too. mostly now i watch movies that i've already seen and know i like. nostalgia...provides a certain mood...and again, i like to watch certain people. plots really don't mean shit to me. yeah, i know...i'm different. learn sumthin' new just about everyday huh? :)
Shutter? no, i'll look into it. _________________ http://www.myspace.com/nonentropic |
