I'd pick Artemis.

I like her wildness, she seems so fierce and free. The portfolio sounds very good. Wild things, healing & childbirth, moon, awesome. Except the virgin bit but never mind, chastity can be good for the soul.
I always liked that story of the guy who saw her naked, & even though it was by accident, she turned him into a stag so his own dogs would hunt him down and kill him. Seems a bit harsh, but maybe he was being uncool about it and having a bit of a leer.
I don't want to be Aphrodite, she always seemed like a sick, scheming little bitch to me. Anyone who'd get all hot for a jock like Ares needs their head read.
There's no need to stick with your gender btw. Artemis is just my overall favourite.
