Not the movie but the TV show. The third season just started last friday on NBC. It is one of the shows i watch religiously along with House and the OC when it ran.
I just downloaded the first couple episodes of seaosn one. i hadn't seen them before.
The first episode in particular.
I have never cried so much in my life about something that wasn't real.
It touched me in ways i'm still not sure are appropriate.
For those of you who don't know anything about it, it is a drama series focusing around a texas football team. It follows the lives of a few of the players and a few people surrounding the team. it is SO GOOD. i don't even want to start saying anything about the plot because everything is so critical. It is such a supremely well envisioned show, it blows my mind.
I give it twenty gold stars. It is worth your time to track it down and watch the first episode.
Characters!
Coach - INFJ
finish that up later. gtg. _________________ I Need To Prognosticate

ROFL!
As much as I hate to admit it, I'm addicted to those old historical melodramas and the Austen-like soaps.
But time to go find some BBC's North and South DVDs and watch Les Miserables. _________________ "You cannot teach a man anything, you can only help him find it within himself." - Galileo

Right, so this show is in its third season now. It's airing on DirecTV first and will run on NBC in february.
Naturally i am downloading it.
It keeps getting BETTER!
I don't understand.. I think my life's passion is watching this show.
In the third season, we follow the coach, the father, Eric Taylor a lot.
He's defintely an INFJ in my books.. But an INFJ contributer, of which i have only met one that i've recognized - coincidentally my favorite teacher.
He is the most emotionally charged character on the show but because of what he does. He is removed from the teen drama but makes the biggest impact on people.
It's a fucking masterpiece. Watch that stuff if you have the means.
It bothers me that the OC was so much bigger than this show and this show is so much better. _________________ I Need To Prognosticate

Maybe I should take a look at it then. Which means I'm watching 8 shows at the same time now. Could be interesting.
I've seen the movie and thought it was great, one scene in particular when an injured player who'll never be able to play again breaks down after getting his gear from the locker room was extremely good. _________________ ENTPEEEEEEEEEEEEE, SCUEI, type 9... and stuff.

More real, updated and raw. More depth (it has more time to develop depth).
Less "golden boy" attitude.
More sex appeal.
More hurting.
More unadulterated tears of joy. _________________ I Need To Prognosticate

Hey! So season FOUR and FIVE have been planned! Hell yes!
They're scheduled for 13 episodes a season, which is not a lot, but it's an hour long time slot each episode.
There are going to be some new characters and the plot is unreal. The main character, coach Taylor got booted to an older slummy highschool in the town of Dillan that is just reopening. This comes after he turned a blind eye to the school district division lines jumping around to keep the junior players on the main highschool's side. So coach has to work without any of the players he's been coaching and face the bitter rivalry that exists between him and his old school board. _________________ I Need To Prognosticate
