Well, that's a start.
BECAUSE
Agadez is one groovy motherfucker.
BECAUSE
Oh yeah, and I have Conjugal Burns stuck in my head all day. Oh well, it's still good.
But yeah, all you need to do is learn to appreciate the rest of it and you'll be slightly cooler.

Look at what me and C.Beck did
although C.Beck's is a bit more vivid |
that didn't answer any of my questions, btw.
just letting ya know.

Oh yes
I asked what song(s) are the ' theme ' for that mood
yet you did this perfectly, Lenka

Who stole who's style? |
C.Beck has copied your use of colors. |
It is of no consequence |
I should hope so _________________ Mercy, INFP, RLUEI, INFj.... Aries and Dragon.... and such stuff. |

I seldom listen to just a few songs
I'm more of an album listener
Bored during the day/right after school:
Full discographies of either Brand New or Thrice
maybe something else
Midnight Snack:
The Fall Of Troy
The Locust
If I need to fall asleep to music:
Radiohead (not OK Computer, that album keeps me up)
Those are the only "mood" music type things I can think of
although they are more of "situation" instead of mood.
I only listen to a few bands anyways.. |

i'm definitely going to post here, but not right now, it's even harder than i expected.
but a great idea for a thread, i've been thinking about this for a long time, it would be nice to write it down for once. _________________ Heaven knows, it's got to be this time

As promised;
The descriptions are pretty random, but the general idea should be there. I tried to sort them based on the relations between them. 2-5 are pretty damn similar (they have extra descriptive notes, though those don't make a lot of sense, either). The names and descriptions are made up on the spot. Some of the songs would fit more moods. Overall, it could be better, but it's good enough:
---------------------------------------
1. The sweet mood:
(life/nature/beauty/everything-loving, hugsome, nostalgic, but enjoying the present)
R.E.M. - Why Not Smile
Björk - Alarm Call
Pixies - Dig for Fire
---------------------------------------
2. The resigned mood:
(sad, fatigue, hurt, scared, under pressure, seeing the world as evil)
{scared; weak}
The Flaming Lips - Evil Will Prevail
Radiohead - How to Disappear Completely
---------------------------------------
3. The "dying hero" mood:
(sad, hurt, pessimistic, but kinda strong and knowing what's going on)
{"accepting"; strong}
Pixies - Gouge Away
Radiohead - Climbing up the Walls
Depeche Mode - Mercy in You
---------------------------------------
4. The emo mood:
(sad, confused, overwhelmed, gut-wrenched)
{"accepting"; weak}
Radiohead - All I Need
Depeche Mode - Insight
---------------------------------------
5. The protective mood:
("Life is tough, but possible.")
{scared; strong}
Pink Floyd - Dogs
The Flaming Lips - Race for the Prize
---------------------------------------
6. The tired mood:
(tired, absent-minded, careless)
Beck - Steal My Body Home
---------------------------------------
7. The fun mood:
(fun-searching, fun-generating, making fun of everything, fun)
Beck - Diamond Bollocks
Weezer - Undone - The Sweater Song
The Beatles - Back in the U.S.S.R.
---------------------------------------
8. The angry mood:
(bitter, aggressive)
Radiohead - My Iron Lung
Beck - Hell Yes
---------------------------------------
9. The mood:
(my favorite mood, everything makes perfect sense and if it doesn't, i decide it doesn't have to, everything is wonderful and easy and the whole world becomes a huuuuge unity where every little thing has an irreplaceable function)
Radiohead - Planet Telex
The Beatles - Tomorrow Never Knows
Pink Floyd - Astronomy Domine _________________ Heaven knows, it's got to be this time
