Your score on colour green is 28
Green change agents are inclined to consider change primarily as a learning process. There is very chance they think it important to motivate people to learn with and from one another with the purpose to establish permanent learning groups. Green change agents use to manage change only to a limited degree. Facilitating feedback and learning moments are important components of their approach. Thinking and doing are linked, so to speak. It may be clear that it is hard to forecast the outcome of a green approach, as it depends on the extent of implementation and the nature of men.
Your score on colour white is 25
White change agents are confident of people's and organizations' self-organizing powers. They focus on recognizing patterns, stimulating sense-making and levelling barriers. The predictability of white change is limited. But white change agents don't attach much value to predictability. They approach their goal, which has hardly been specified beforehand, little by little. _________________ I Need To Prognosticate

Your score on colour yellow is 24
Scoring high on yellow means that you are inclined to think about change in terms of interests, conflicts and power. Yellow change agents bring change into organisations by joining interests, solving power conflicts and contradictions, and negotiating agreements. Moving tactically they try to get support, create win-win situations and combine interests. Successful yellow change agents have tactical skills and are able to manipulate complex interests..

Your score on colour blue is 28
Blue change agents are inclined to design and implement change rationally. There is every chance that they plan and organise change carefully in advance. Blue change agents always keep a keen eye on previously defined objectives and are not easily distracted by individual opinions and preferences. They consider uncertainty and complexity as their natural enemies.

If I just close my eyes, I see the geometric configurations on the black.
The black even seems to be there if I am thinking of images, concepts or words.
Seems to be a backdrop. |

White 29
Green 27
I actually think in all colors, even the ones we cannot see (feeble optics joke). I associate certain colors with certain words, ideas, etc. Yes, black is often a backdrop, what remains when the transient cacophony of color has run its course; restful, comforting, secure. _________________ Romana

Apparently. I dunno, I think yellow sounds like what my mum would say. And just because I think that that's good leadership doesn't mean I can do it. _________________ Mercy, INFP, RLUEI, INFj.... Aries and Dragon.... and such stuff. |

When many people have replied, I will search the type of each respondent and add the results of each color for every type (or just the number one or top two colors). I'll try to make graphs, statistics or something similar after that. We'll than see if there is any similarity between MBTI and this color test. _________________ INFJ |
